Wed Well Showcase Styled Shoot At La Salle, Burlington
Each year in advance of hosting Wed Well Showcase, I choose a team of wedding vendors from our hand-picked exhibitor list to collaborate on a style shoot. The resulting eye candy takes centre stage in all of the show’s marketing materials.
Ahead of Wed Well Showcase 2020, we staged this shoot at La Salle Banquet Centre in Burlington’s La Salle Park. The outdoor space at the pavilion was the perfect backdrop for a soft and romantic tablescape and lounge area.
The colour palette was inspired by the show’s revamped branding, with a grey-blue as the focal point. I love a blush rose as much as the next person, but I wanted to keep things soft without being so feminine that it might scare off any of the men considering attending. Romantic, but approachable. Weddings, and our trade shows, are not just for the ladies.
